Responsibilities
- Develop & Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create responsive, accessible, and visually stunning web applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and best practices.
- Performance: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring fast load times across all devices.
- Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Testing: Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure software stability and functionality.
- SEO & Compliance: Implement SEO best practices and ensure web accessibility standards (WCAG) are met.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js, Python, or PHP, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, version control systems, and modern development tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional web development experience.
