Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Create responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect front-end interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Backend Integration: Build and maintain robust back-end systems and APIs using frameworks such as Node.js or PHP.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and project managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing web applications efficiently.
- Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, security protocols, and version control (Git) within the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular preferred).
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side programming and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
