Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback to improve product outcomes.
- Maintain and update design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work (scholarship/entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a demonstrated ability to prototype.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong attention to detail.
