Responsibilities

- Document design decisions and maintain consistent design systems
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design problem-solving skills (school projects or personal work acceptable)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) OR strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
