Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions and wireframes.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and user retention.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and design process documentation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong desire to succeed in the paid training program.
- Experience with design systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
