Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create visually compelling interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design with business goals
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to drive design decisions
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent brand experiences across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design sensibility
