Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprints
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
