Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with vision
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
