Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, advocating for the user's voice in every decision.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design iterations.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
