Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design decisions and maintain comprehensive design libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS/fintech projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design frameworks
