Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Process: Conceptualize and design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
- User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design hypotheses.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Visual Design: Apply modern design trends, typography, color theory, and motion design to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a product or agency environment.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, user flows, and information architecture.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to facilitate better collaboration with engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
