Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing and persona development, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and execute a clear product vision.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces (UI) for both web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and the design process.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
