As a key member of our design team, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user-friendly designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute design roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies and wireframing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
