Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, personas, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Analyze analytics data to optimize user experience across platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, testing)
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
