We are looking for a talented and user-centric UX Designer to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, accessible, and delightful.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and create personas.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Present designs and justify creative decisions to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital agency or in-house role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and case studies.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
