Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define product requirements.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team effectively during regular design reviews.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate and improve existing designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer (3+ years preferred).
- A strong, updated portfolio demonstrating case studies, process, and end-to-end design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for visual hierarchy and typography.
