Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders) to align design with business goals
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to drive evidence-based design decisions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to leadership and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills
