Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to continuously elevate our design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and design thinking process
