Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces using Figma
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to drive data-informed decisions
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences optimized for accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across 15+ enterprise products
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong knowledge of prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including usability testing and A/B testing
- Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
- BA/BS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through case studies and process documentation
