Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user needs throughout development cycles
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
