Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and executive leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
