Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct competitive audits and stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and analytics data.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the team for review and approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a user-centered design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
