Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user personas.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate business requirements into engaging designs.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user data.
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make design decisions based on metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
