Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Present design concepts and iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and performant across devices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
