Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components across products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate iterative feedback
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research
- Document design decisions and create user journey maps
- Mentor junior designers during training program rotations
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking process (academic/personal projects accepted)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for user-centered design principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Willingness to commit to full-time training program (40 hrs/week)
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
