Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement user-centered solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI components across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Participate in agile development cycles and design critiques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design sensibility and problem-solving approach
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Passion for user-centered design principles
- Eligibility to work in the United States
