Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas and journey maps
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving skills (can be academic or personal projects)
- Strong visual design sensibility with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
