Responsibilities
- Participate in paid UX design training covering research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for diverse digital products
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Build and maintain design systems for scalable user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback
- Document design decisions and create comprehensive design specifications
Qualifications
- Passion for user-centered design and problem-solving
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking (personal/school projects accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in teams
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred
