Responsibilities
- Create intuitive user interfaces and wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end design solutions
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Contribute to our design system and component library
- Mentor junior designers after completing training program
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design sensibility (school projects accepted)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Passion for user-centered design methodologies
- Willingness to commit to 6-month training program
