Memphis Digital Dynamics is seeking a visionary UX Designer to join our high-performing team. We are passionate about creating digital products that not only look beautiful but also solve complex problems for our users. In this immediate hire role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user journey for our flagship products.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the design strategy from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and expand our design system to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to iterate and improve product performance.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a full design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
