Responsibilities
- Design User-Centric Interfaces: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and fully functional UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs are compliant with WCAG guidelines and accessible to users with disabilities.
- Iterative Improvement: Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve product usability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems creatively.
