Responsibilities
- Lead User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to deeply understand user behaviors and pain points.
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-leading tools like Figma.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Maintain Standards: Establish and enforce design systems and visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Advocate for Users: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and results.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; proficiency in prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design ideas clearly.
