Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and deliver innovative user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Design and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Translate complex user needs into simple, elegant, and functional interface designs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and design thinking process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
