In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our growing portfolio of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional designs that drive user satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Create and enforce a consistent visual language and design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) standards to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving user behaviors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced product environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a full design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
