Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure design alignment
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with usability testing and A/B testing frameworks
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
