Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Design Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Optimize: Conduct A/B testing and analyze user metrics to continuously improve product performance.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Present Ideas: Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio: A strong, portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and a keen eye for detail.
- Technical: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
