As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle, ensuring our digital products are not only functional but delightful to use. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for the user voice in every decision, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
