Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define requirements.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant, and functional designs.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
