Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, translating business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing results, and evolving user needs to continuously improve the product experience.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience conducting user research and translating data into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design choices to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping is a plus.
