Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to define and document product requirements.
- Create high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Test and validate designs with real users to iterate and improve the user experience.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay current with industry trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects, including user research, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Principle, InVision) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
