Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital products
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable insights
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our design process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
