Role Overview
As a UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user interfaces. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that every touchpoint is engaging, accessible, and drives business results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design specifications.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the UX field.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong, portfolio showcasing your design process and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
