Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent user experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify design decisions
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design solutions
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
