Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Lead user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions to uncover pain points and validate design assumptions.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design specifications.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Visual Communication: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are accessible to a diverse audience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech industry.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a full design process, including case studies and user research.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
