Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure visual coherence across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team, effectively advocating for the user's voice in the decision-making process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile or Lean startup environment is highly preferred.
