Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using industry-standard wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to validate design hypotheses and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a flexible schedule.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
