Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders)
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Contribute to design sprints and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in flexible settings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving
