What You Will Do
As our UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive UI components, icons, and visual systems that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and evolving business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and case studies.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
