Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that ensure a seamless and engaging user journey.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content strategists to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX projects and process documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
- Understanding of web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
