Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and external clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced development environment.
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements.
